Terms of Service

    Welcome to SoFlo Biomechanics. By using our website (soflobiomechanics.co) and/or our training services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    1. Services

    SoFlo Biomechanics provides biomechanics-based functional fitness training, posture and movement assessments, and related services at our studio located at 222 N Federal Hwy, Suite 104, Dania Beach, FL 33004.

    Our services are educational and fitness-related in nature. We are not medical providers. Our training is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    2. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

    By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, you are participating voluntarily, you have disclosed any known medical conditions to your practitioner, and you will inform your practitioner immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.

    3. Booking & Scheduling

    Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly. You are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

    4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules
    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session rate
    • No-shows will be charged the full session rate
    • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of membership

    5. Payment & Membership

    All fees are due as outlined in your selected program agreement. Recurring memberships are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.

    6. HSA/FSA Reimbursement

    HSA/FSA reimbursement is facilitated through Truemed. Eligibility is determined by Truemed and a licensed medical provider — not by SoFlo Biomechanics. We cannot guarantee approval for reimbursement.

    7. Photo & Media Release

    Posture photographs are taken as part of our standard process and kept confidential by default. We will never publish your photos without separate, signed written consent. You may revoke consent at any time.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on soflobiomechanics.co is the property of SoFlo Biomechanics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, SoFlo Biomechanics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida.
